Blogger	Account verified to be a writer, editor, or owner of a recognized blog.	Demonstrate contribution or control over the blog and the account
Business	Account verified to be connected to the business linked in the profile.	Demonstrate ownership or control of the business and the account; link the business website
Canadian Government	This account is associated with the government of Canada, one of its provinces, or local governments.	Verification of identity and connection to the government, via email or other method
Government	Account connected to a government, a government office, or a politician.	Verification of identity and connection to the government, via email or other method
Canadian Journalist	Account verified to be a Canadian journalist from a recognized Canadian journalism platform.	Identity and employment verification via official email or other method
Independent Journalist	Account verified to be an independent or freelance journalist.	Demonstration of publications, confirmation of identity
Podcaster	Account verified to be a contributor to a recognized podcast.	Verification of connection between account and podcast
Organization	Official account(s) of the organization linked in the profile	Verification of control or representation of the organization; verification of ownership of account
Verified Business	Accounts with a demonstrable connection to a business with an online presence	Demonstrate the ownership and management of both the business and the account
Spam	(Moderation label) This account is believed to be spam due to the content of their posts and community reports.	Via moderation principles and receiving and reviewing reports from users
Misleading	(Moderation label) This account is believed to be posting misleading content.	Via moderation principles and receiving and reviewing reports from users
Abusive	(Moderation label) Accounts that are engaged in bullying, harassment, or other abusive behaviour.	Via moderation principles and receiving and reviewing reports from users.
